What is the dress code?
Cocktail or semi-formal attire. Suits for men, and short or long dresses for women. Bring your best look — and maybe a jacket, it’s December!
What’s the weather typically like in December?
Cold… and possibly snowy! Dress warmly and keep an eye on the forecast — especially if you’re traveling in.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Everything will be indoors, so no need to worry about the weather (just getting there safely!).
Can I bring a plus one?
Plus ones are by invitation only. If your guest is included on your invite, they’re welcome!
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!
Where should we stay?
We’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests. Please visit the “Travel” or “Hotel” tab for all the details.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back again at the end of the night — no driving necessary.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue if you prefer to drive.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive by 3 PM to get seated for the ceremony.
What’s the best airport to fly into?
JFK, LaGuardia, or Islip MacArthur are all great options depending on where you're coming from.
I have dietary restrictions — what should I do?
Please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you're taken care of.
Is there a wedding hashtag or photo-sharing app?
Yes! Tag your photos with #CappalyEverAfter so we can see all your beautiful memories.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
We’ll miss you! Please respond via your RSVP card or link. If your plans change after RSVPing “yes,” please reach out and let us know.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?
Yes — no need to travel between locations. Everything is happening in one cozy space.
Are there any activities planned for the weekend?
Stay tuned! We’ll share any pre- or post-wedding plans (like welcome drinks or brunch) on the website and with your invite.
